Adrian and his team came back with the most reasonable quote, and they replaced both my 4 ton units with 16 seer American Standard units. Everything is tidy and works beautifully. I had a new air conditioner installed in August 2024 and in September 2025 it started leaking condensation which caused a pool of water on the floor. The original company that installed the system came out and wasn’t able to properly diagnosis the issue. The second company I called said I needed insulation in the attic to fix the issue. Adrian was the third person I called. He was able to determine there was a leak due to faulty installation and fixed it promptly. He took his time and was thorough with his diagnosis. I would highly recommend this company!!

Our 20+years system went out and it was time to replace it with a new one. I got 3 different quotes and I chose a system recommended by Honor Air Systems. The team came to the house and made an assessment and recommended a system that fits my needs. My 20+ years of uneven cooling between each of the rooms is solved. I was so pleased by the work that Adrian, the owner of Honor Air Systems, did in my home. The heat stopped working on the day of a surprise cold snap, and since it’s also getting warmer, he did AC preventative maintenance. There was also condensation building up (older, not well maintained system in rental), which he fixed by installing a shutoff valve and clearing a clogged pipe. I always have lots of questions, which he gladly answered in depth. Adrian is super friendly, knowledgeable and really cares about doing the job right. When I had a concern after normal working hours, he got on FaceTime so he could walk me through a fix. I’ve never had anyone provide that high level of service, and really appreciate it. His prices are very reasonable, especially for such great service.

We recently had Honor Air Systems replace the HVAC system in our 1,200 sq ft extension/in-law suite, where my parents stay. The extension is two stories — 600 sq ft upstairs and 600 sq ft downstairs.

For years, we struggled with major temperature differences between levels: upstairs could easily be 15–20 degrees hotter or colder than downstairs. Cooling upstairs would freeze out downstairs, and heating downstairs would cook the upstairs.

We found out about Honor Air Systems from a random comment someone made recommending them a while back on Nextdoor — and we are so glad we did. After soliciting three quotes (including from AC Lady), we chose Honor Air Systems and worked directly with the owner, Adrian Ruiz. Adrian stood out immediately: not only was his pricing very reasonable, but he was upfront, professional, thorough in his explanations, and clearly very experienced.

Adrian replaced our 19-year-old electric heat HVAC system with a new Lennox system with heat pump. As part of the work, he also made critical improvements:

• Corrected the undersized air return, ensuring proper airflow back into the handler.

• Adjusted the upstairs air return height, which had been installed too low.

• Improved the coolant line flow, allowing faster heat removal from the house.

• Added an additional upstairs vent for better airflow.

• Installed a 2-zone system, giving the upstairs and downstairs their own thermostats and independent temperature control.

The difference has been immediate — the temperatures between upstairs and downstairs are now consistent and comfortable, with no more extreme swings.

The job took just over one full day. Adrian and his team were punctual, extremely polite, communicative, and left the worksite completely clean afterward.

Honor Air Systems mainly works by word of mouth. We had to wait about two weeks to get on Adrian’s schedule — but it was absolutely worth it.
